Inhouse sheet metal work brings new business
The business idea to deliver a complete product based on sketch or finished material remains, but in the last two years, we have optimized our flexibility and opportunities by investing in our own sheet metal department. We can punch and bend inhouse as well as thread and weld at an increased pace.
Mountpac has developed its business concept with its own sheet metal department. The new punching machine is robotized which streamlines the management and release capacity for further projects. The three shareholders (from right to left), Marcus Carlsnäs, Andreas Wärnelöv and Samuel Wärnelöv are very pleased with the development.
Variety is important
"We have almost doubled the turnover and it shows that there is a need for comprehensive solutions in the market. Combining the delivery of a raw materials and take full responsibility for the complete product, from project management and product development to distribution, makes us a complete supplier, "says Samuel Wärnelöv, one of three co-owners of Mountpac. The variety is important, stresses Samuel. It is not exactly the product that comes out in the end. Products where sheet metal is included has development potential at Mountpac.

Mountpac offers concept solutions. Processing, assembly and packaging have been the foundation of the business concept since its inception in 2001.
Satisfied customers
Our customer base is in Sweden and within a variety of industries. The response from customers has been unambiguous.-Those who buy our concept of total solution become a very satisfied customer. We know this to be a very positive approach, "says Marcus Carlsnäs, the co-owner.
We prefer to get involved in a project as early as possible, in order to optimize the operation of the product in relation to the price. With our combined experience we know what factors you need to look at to get a smooth and successful final product, "says Samuel.

Close cooperation with the customer and product development in a 3D environment makes Mountpac a system resolver with an optimised product both in terms of price and functionality.
New machines
When we bought the first punch machine and edge press in 2011, no orders were left, it was simply about an investment in the belief of a developed business idea. But the result fell in 2012 and even a press was bought. At the beginning of 2013, it was time again to invest in an additional punching machine, this time with robot functionality so that it could run unmanned which in turn releases capability for the test series and product development.-It really feels as if we've made the right choice when taking such steps," says Samuel Wärnelöv.

Punching and bending is now done inhouse. Mountpac delivers complete solutions from product development to distribution.
Design in 3D environment
The expanded machine park goes hand in hand with the investment of new software for CAD/CAM which means you can simulate everything on the computer before starting production. It is a plus to be able to to offer construction and design help in a 3D environment in cases where the customer does not have finished files.
-Even in the drawing stage, we are not afraid of adding other materials, such as materials not available inhouse, if that is what the product needs. It's about getting the very best product, that is most important, "says Samuel Wärnelöv.
